About the Role:

We are currently searching for a Associate Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing team in North America. From researching and analyzing data to evaluating impacts to the organization, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, team player and top-notch analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas (i.e. Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product Development, Finance). Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, recommendations for operational improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Essential Functions:
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to increase sales productivity.
  • Ensure sales team enters accurate information into reporting tools. Data will be utilized to generate weekly and monthly reports.
  • Calculate and process monthly and quarterly rebate reports using varying Microsoft Excel and Access tools.
  • Communicate results to key stakeholders in an efficient and presentable manner to support informed business decisions.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations.
  • Assist in providing customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests by varying size and scope.
  • Complete special projects, ad-hoc reports and other duties as assigned.
Education & Certification Requirements:

§  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or Finance is preferred  or 1-3 years relevant work experience required.
