As an integral part of our vast global manufacturing network, Nipro Medical Corporation is responsible for managing the sales, marketing, and business operations of North and South America. To accommodate our growth, we are looking for a full-time Business Analyst to be based in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Our team is in search of a Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing Sales teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong background in data intelligence with solid communication and organization skills, as s/he will be key in providing streamlined information and solutions to all levels of the organization. The Sales Operations Analyst will also build strong relationships and support different organizational departments at Nipro such as Marketing, Operations, and Accounting.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
  • This role operates in a professional open office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones
  • Prolonged sitting at a desk and using computer equipment may be necessary
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to increase sales productivity
  • Calculate and process monthly and quarterly rebate and commission reports using various Microsoft Excel and Access tools
  • Analyze trends and evaluate results against sales quotas, perform gap and variance analysis for Sales and Management
  • Ensure Sales team is entering accurate information into reporting tools which will be utilized to generate weekly and monthly reports
  • Communicate results to key stakeholders in an efficient and presentable manner to support informed business decisions
  • Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations
  • Assist in providing customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives
  • Generate ad-hoc reporting and analysis for different departments (Sales, Marketing, Business Planning)
  • Coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests by varying size and scope
  • Complete special projects and other duties, as assigned
Education & Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, B.S., Marketing or related field is required
  • 4-6 years of Business, Sales Analyst and /or Operational support experience preferred
Experience & Required Skills:
  • Ability to leverage raw unorganized data into actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to convey complex information to a broad audience, excellent group presentation skills
  • Experience with process and data mapping/integration for the various applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Intermediate level Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, filtering, functions and formulas, shortcuts, charts) is required
  • SAP and CRM product experience preferred but not required
  • Team player with demonstrated sense of urgency in completing objectives
  • Ability to adapt to change with positive attitude
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • 10-20% domestic overnight travel may be required
